The labels are not attached to vendor notification emails
Check the following configurations:
- Global configuration:
- System → Configuration → Drop Shipping → Vendor Options → Attach Shipping Label to Vendor Notification = Yes
- Vendor configuration (if the problem is vendor specific):
- Vendor Information → Used Carrier - should be one of Fedex, UPS, USPS
- Preferences → Integration → Attach Shipping Label to Notifications = Yes
- Preferences → Shipping Labels → Label Type - should be one of PDF, EPL
